The first sustainable/Green Residential Building Project was completed in year 2011:
The first Sustainable/Green Residential house built by Dr. Rey Galua, FPIA located in Pueblo Golf Estate, Pueblo de Oro, Cagayan de Oro city. It was his doctoral Dissertation as he took his degree in Doctor of Sustainable Development Studies, major in rural and urban planning. This House also where Dr. Rey Galua and his family lived since from its completion in 2011 up to now.
Newly Completed Projects:
Medical Arts Building, Madonna Hospital, Cagayan de Oro city, Philippines.
A 5 storey Building expansion of the existing Madonna and Child Hospital located at Carmen, Cagayan de Oro city completed in 2019. This Building houses the doctors’ clinic and other out patient services of the hospital.
BIR 13 Records Building, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Butuan city, Philippines.
A 3 storey Office building is the extension of Bureau of Internal Revenue Butuan city office was completed in 2018.

3 Storey Community Hospital Building, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte
A 3 Storey Hospital building was design in accordance with the principles of Sustainable/ Green architectural Design. This project is a priority project of mayor Norbert B. Pagaspas, the municipal mayor of Buenavista, Agusan del Norte. Currently, the construction is going on.
